While studying for an Early Childhood degree at the University of the West of England, I was increasingly asked to work as a nanny by friends and neighbours. I found I enjoyed it a great deal and decided it was something I wanted to continue once I returned home to Cornwall.
I recently got married, and that is where my interest in event/wedding childcare began — I had thoroughly enjoyed researching and coming up with ideas for activities for the children who were attending my wedding and realised it would be something I would love to do for others who didn’t have my childcare background.
Naturally I am fully insured – I have public liability, nanny and mobile crèche insurance – I also have full Paediatric First Aid training, an enhanced DBS as well as several years of experience working in a range of childcare settings.
Wedding Crèche – Run by Cornwall Childcare’s team who will provide a selection of age appropriate toys, crafts, activities and games – perfect for large numbers of children.
Wedding Nanny – A wedding nanny is there to provide you peace of mind in the knowledge your little one(s) can be part of the special day so you can all enjoy your day
Wedding Babysitting – An onsite service to care for your little ones while you dance the night away.
Overnight Care – Why not extend your evening babysit and hire an overnight nanny who will look after your little one throughout the night
Activity Baskets – You may not need a nanny, but why not buy an activity basket – created by childcare professionals to ensure enjoyment and distraction during those important wedding day moments.
