My name is Charlie Blewett and I’m a wedding florist in Cornwall, near Falmouth, with a focus on providing eco friendly wedding flowers and locally sourced seasonal wedding flowers.
I have always been in love with flowers but realised that I had a passion for them whilst planning my own wedding. I decided to train to become a florist and went to Floristy school in Bath. From this I have set up Blew Flowers.
I feel that it’s important to protect our environment and so I focus on minimising my environmental impact where possible. All of the materials that I use are recyclable or biodegradable and my work is foam free, choosing alternative methods to Oasis.
Cornwall has a wonderful selection of flowers and as a wedding florist in Cornwall, I work along side local growers to ensure I can use seasonal wedding flowers from Cornwall where possible during the available season.
Once I have an idea of what it is that you’re looking for I create a proposal outlining your plans along with a quotation. This way we can make sure that we are on the same page from the start and you can clearly see what your wedding flowers will include.
